Updates a year and change later

Excited to revisit this project to finally play it on ICB! Dusting it off with new eyes has led to a ton of changes and tweaks:

• Removed a lot of the redundant info which was just confusing.
• Reworked how pitching worked when playing blaseball.
• Rules tweaks to make the game a little less punishing, but still plenty threatening. There might be an ideal strategy? But that might be fine?
• General streamlining and smoothing to make things a little more sensible.
• Added some extra pictures!
