To prep, I've made the following changes:

- rearranged cards so short circuits should work and be simple

- removed the ability to create a character as part of resolving a card, but instead added more cards that require adding a player. This should balance out flow and make it so there's always at least 7 players floating around to ship with each other, avoiding an issue seen in playtests where you only have four people bouncing around for a while.

- minor changes and clarifications to wording and such
